Delete Your Account

This page explains how a retailer using the Tmart Wholesale app by Taahi Foods can delete their account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

Email info@taahifoods.com from your registered email, or write to us with your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete or anonymise your account information within 30 days.

Data That Is Deleted

• Owner name, shop name, mobile number and WhatsApp number
• Email address, GSTIN and PAN
• Saved delivery addresses
• Cart, wishlist, notification tokens and login sessions

Data That Is Retained

Order, invoice, payment and GST records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, even after your account is deleted. They are retained only for that purpose. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years.
